The Haller Pecan Farm is also home to a small herd of cattle.

The Haller Pecan Farm also produces a limited amount of grass-fed beef. The slaughtered beef is 600 to 800 lbs on the hoof. Hanging weight will be about 55% of the weight on the hoof. The beef is sold either as a half side or by the cut (steaks, roasts, and ground meat in 1lb packages). Cattle have not been injected with antibiotics or weight increasing substances.
